COVID-19の感染拡大防止のため、寒剤配送業務におきましては以下の要領で利用者と配送担当者の間の接触量を軽減し たいと考えておりますので、ご協力をお願い致します。
寒剤容器は対面にて授受することとしていますが、以下の方針で利用者と配送担当者が近接せずに授受するようにしま す。
配送担当者から利用者に容器を渡す場合
- 配送担当者が、寒剤容器をトラックから下ろして、路上の安定した受け渡し場所まで運ぶ間は、利用者は２m以上離 れた場所から見ていることとします。
- 配送担当者が容器より2 m以上離れてから、利用者は容器を引き取って持ち帰ります。
- 配送担当者は、利用者が容器を手にしたのを確認してから、その場を離れます。
利用者から配送担当者に容器を渡す場合
- 利用者は容器を路上の安定した受け渡し場所に置いてから、2m以上離れた場所に移動し、その場所から容器を目視し て安全を確保します。
- 配送担当者は、利用者が2m以上離れたのを確認してから、容器を引き取りトラックに載せます。
- 利用者は、配送担当者が容器を手にしたのを確認してから、その場を離れます。
To prevent spreading COVID-19, we make a new procedure of transaction of cryogen vessels in our delivery service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
We used to ask you to handover cryogen vessels face-to-face. Adding it, we ask you to follow the procedure described below. We expect to keep the safe distance between you and our staff.
When you receive vessel
- Our staff unloads the vessel from the truck and carries it to a stable place on the road. You keep 2 metres distance from him/her.
- After our staff goes at least 2 metres away from the vessel, you pick it up and carry it to your laboratory.
- Our staff confirms that you got the vessel, then leaves there.
When our staff receives vessel
- You put the vessel on a stable place on the road, near the delivery station, then move to a place at least 2 metres away from the veseel. Keep your eyes on it.
- Our staff confirms that you move to a place at least 2 metres away from the vessel, then picks it up to the truck.
- You confirm that our staff got the vessel, then leave there.
